The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban are back for the 2021 model year, and they’re better than ever. The Tahoe, which made up 31 percent of the whole SUV market, and the Suburban, which made up 15 percent, have always been favorite of families and adventurers, but you’ll find new engine options, technologies, and designs for the latest SUV lineup.
One of the biggest changes to the 2021 SUV lineup is under the hood, including a tuned pair of small-block V8 engines. You’ll also find a standard independent rear suspension, which is great for added ride comfort as well as handling. Other features include a new inline six-cylinder diesel engine option, which adds torque and towing capacity without sacrificing fuel economy.
“To prepare for this launch, we’ve invested more than $1.4 billion in Arlington since 2015, including an all-new paint shop, body shop, and many other state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies,” said GM President Mark Reuss. “Which leads to my final point: the reason we invested in all of that and worked so hard to develop these new SUVs — we are here to win.”
The Tahoe and Suburban have evolved from Chevrolet SUV designs dating back to 1935, but the 2021 Tahoe and Suburban come with several new features. For example, you’ll find exceptional in-vehicle Wi-Fi® connectivity, a bold, contoured exterior design, and available leather trims. There’s also optional wireless charging for compatible devices, as well as smartphone connectivity to give access to apps, playlists, and more.
We can’t wait to see you here for a test drive right here at Ginn Chevrolet when the 2021 Tahoe and Suburban hit roads later this year.
